First, we had a followup with Alex's orthopedic surgeon today. He's doing great! His limp is almost gone and he is pretty much back to normal. Here is a comparison of his leg the day of the accident and today. We don't need to go back for 6 months!
Then, Aurora injured herself at school today. Apparently she was running and fell into the corner of a playhouse! Ouch! She has a mark from her cheek all the way up past her eye. I bet it will be bruised by tomorrow. I wondered what the doctors thought today while I was in there with my son recovering from a broken leg and my daughter's face all beaten up - yikes! wow she looks like she caught it JUST right a little more and it might have got her eye! looks like your kiddos gaurdian angels have to stay on their toes, or wings!

Great job posting those x-ray photos! Thanks for keeping us up to date on Alex's progress. That is REALLY amazing to see how well the human body can repair itself. Poor guy... and OMG... Aurora?!!! That definitely looks like a major owie!!!! Hope her eye is doing better today!
WOW! That break was bad and look at how well it healed. Thank God!
Also thank goodness that Aurora didn't actually get her eye! That boo boo looks like it had to have hurt. OUCH!
